The sponsor of our museum
The Museum Foundation Post and Telecommunications was founded in 1995 in the wake of the German postal reform. The historical roots of the Foundation and its institutions go back to the 19th century and the founding of the Reichspostmuseum in Berlin. Later, other postal and telecommunications museums followed; now in addition to the Museum of Communication Nuremberg, the Museum Foundation has further museums in Frankfurt and Berlin.
